River Refresh Shipping Policy
At River Refresh, every order is mixed, packed, and shipped with care to ensure you receive fresh, ready-to-activate products.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, destination, and carrier service.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). We do not ship International at this time.
Delivery Issues
River Refresh is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order is lost, damaged, or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact marc@riverrefresh.com within 7 days so we can help investigate.
