River Refresh Return & Exchange Policy
At River Refresh, all products are freshly activated and made to order. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items have left our facility.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

You must notify River Refresh within 7 days of receiving your order at marc@riverrefresh.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Items must remain in their original packaging and be unused unless the issue involves a product defect.

Photos or proof of damage may be requested for quality control purposes.
Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, used, or partially mixed.

Items not purchased directly from RiverRefresh.com or an authorized River Refresh affiliate.
Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a store credit or ship a replacement product of equal value at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to deny exchange or credit requests that fall outside of this policy.
