Go to the Gift Card product then

• Select the value of the card you want to purchase (30, 60, 80, 100 or 125 are the options)
• Select Send to "Recipient's Emai" and you're required to enter the Recipient's Email, otherwise the Gift Card will be sent to your email, and you can manually end to someone.
• If you select "Recipient's Email" you're prompted to enter their name and a personalize comment - this appears on the email that is sent to them
• Select a date you want it sent - it's defaulted to immediate unless you enter a different date
• Add to Cart - here you see the summary of your options

Once you complete the purchase a few things happen.

• You receive an email confirming you sent the Gift Card
• Your recipient will receive a similar email immediately unless you selected a future date.
• The email comes from marc@riverrefresh.com
• The email includes the digital code they enter in the discount field for the funds to be applied to their purchase.

Yes! You can purchase multiple gift cards in a single transaction each with its own recipient, value, message and delivery date.

How it works:

• Add your first gift card to the cart with the recipient's details, custom message, and delivery date.
• Return to the Gift Card product page and create another — entering a different value, recipient, message, and date.
• Repeat as needed for additional recipients.

At checkout, each gift card will appear as a separate line item showing the recipient name, message, and scheduled delivery date. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email for each gift card you purchased.

You can choose a specific date for the gift card to be emailed to the recipient. It will be sent between 4:00 am–10:00 am in your time zone on that date.

You, the purchaser, will receive an immediate notification of what the user will receive on their expected date - including the value, personal note and gift card code. The gift card code becomes active immediately after purchase, so if you share your confirmation email early, the recipient can use it right away.

The recipient enters the unique gift card code at checkout in the Discount field and hits Apply. If the gift card doesn't cover the full order, they can pay the remaining balance with another payment method or combine it with another gift card. f the gift card is more than their purchase the balance remains on their gift card for future use. The gift card code can be used as long as there are available funds on it.

No. Your gift card remains active and available as long as funds are available.

Yes! If there's a remaining balance after a purchase, it stays on the gift card for future orders until the full value is used.

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

No — there are no service fees, activation fees, taxes, or shipping charges when you purchase a River Refresh gift card. You pay only the face value you select, and that full amount goes directly to your recipient to use toward any products in our store.
